London- based violinist Maria Fiore Mazzarini enjoys a versatile career as a musician.

She is a regular guest with the UK’s leading chamber orchestras, including the Academy of St. Martin-in-the-Fields, London Mozart Players and the London Chamber Orchestra, as well as collaborating with symphonic orchestras such as The Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra and Oxford Philharmonic Orchestra. 

Born In Italy, Maria Fiore graduated at Conservatorio "G. Tartini" in Trieste.

She subsequently moved to London to study at the Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance where, under the guidance of Prof.Matthew Trusler, she was awarded a Master in Perfomance with Distinction.

After her graduation, she moved to Vienna to continue her studies with Prof. Anna Kandinskaya and Prof. Peter Schuhmayer, and attended classes with Yulia Berinskaya in Milan. Maria Fiore has performed in various festivals in the UK and abroad as soloist and chamber musician, including the London Handel Festival, Würzburg Mozart Festival, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Greenwich International Early Music Festival, Dartington Festival, Klangspuren Schwaz Festival, Palazzina Liberty in Musica (Milan), Taormina Arte Festival, Brighton Fringe Festival and Tête à Tête Opera Festival. 

Recipient of various awards, Maria Fiore had the privilege to be one of the supported artist of the Harrison Frank Family Foundation through their loan scheme (2018).

She has been a member of Southbank Sinfonia and took part to the Britten Pears Young Artist Programme.

On the side of her activity as orchestral and chamber music player in the UK and abroad, Maria Fiore has nurtured an interest for contemporary music, which led her to successfully take part to the London Sinfonietta Academy, Ensemble Modern International Academy Klangspuren, and has been invited to perform as part of the Bang on a Can Festival 2016 in the USA. She now collaborates with various composers and ensembles, including the London Contemporary Orchestras, Azalea Ensemble and Ensemble in Process.

Maria Fiore's varied schedule increasingly also features commercial music, appearing on BBC television and shows such as Jools Holland Hootenanny, and in festivals such as Glastonbury, Fringe, Latitude and Lowlands.

In 2020, Maria Fiore has started to train as bow repearer with Bogaro&Clemente (Italy) and Stephen Thompson (London). She is currently attending a Certificate Programme in Music and Event Management at the European School of Economics in London.

Being passionate about Art, she would spend most of her free time drawing pencil sketches, as well as nurturing her knowledge about Photography.
